At Fox Contracting we provide two different types of services to our clients: General Contracting Services and Project Management Services

General Contracting Services

Our general contracting services begin with a detailed construction drawing, taken from either the project owner's own design or that of an architect.

Using pricing based on our extensive sub-trade base, we then prepare and submit a comprehensive bid to the designer or architect. This bid often competes against the pricing of other general contractors, offering our clients a competitive pricing offer.

All bids are reviewed by the designer or architect, and dependent upon the
specifications of the bidding process, it is generally the general contractor with the lowest bid who is awarded the contract.

Project Management Services

Our project management services are based on flexibility and team
participation between client, designer and project manager.

From the project's inception, the project manager coordinates site feasibility, site planning, drawing distribution, tender process, building permit process,
construction phase, final close out phase and the tenant occupancy phase.
