Markham Technologies required a well-designed layout to receive all of the employees including nine meeting rooms, four private offices, and six comfortable open office areas.
Fox Contracting worked with the design and engineering teams to transform the vacant space into a stunning office with high-quality finishes in all spaces, including the reception area and lunchroom accommodating all the electrical and mechanical requirements by the client and landlord.
